The held public pages are informational. Do not enter names, contact details, private documents or client data into their previews. Standard technical logs may be used to operate and secure the site.

What we collect for retained services

• Presence and account data. Public professional information may be used to build a private draft presence. An email address is used to claim and manage a presence and to send a magic sign-in link.
• AI Visibility Check inputs. The name, area and optional website or BRN entered for a check, its result and a hashed IP address used only for abuse prevention.
• AI assessment data. Name and email, payment status, optional preparation, session notes and the private action plan. TopStreet does not receive or store a full card number.
• Free resource requests. Name, email, agency or business name and WhatsApp number when you ask for a downloadable resource.
• Usage data. Standard server logs needed to run and secure the service.

How retained services use and share information

TopStreet uses this information to build and verify presences, run the visibility check, send sign-in and claim emails, deliver and administer paid AI assessments, deliver requested resources, understand who uses them, prevent abuse and improve the service. Resource-request details are not permission for marketing by email or WhatsApp. We do not sell personal data. Providers for hosting, email, AI search, Stripe payment processing and Google Calendar receive only what they need to provide their part of the service under their own terms.

AI assistants and verification

The retained visibility check sends its query to Perplexity, OpenAI, Google and Anthropic to retrieve what they say about a broker; their handling is governed by their own terms. Credentials are checked against public registries, such as the Dubai Land Department. TopStreet presents and links to the registry; it is not the registry, and verification reflects registry data at a point in time.

Your choices

You can claim, edit or unpublish a presence, and opt out of outreach. Assessment plans are private and require their secure link. Visibility-check results persist so shared links keep working; hashed IP addresses are deleted within about an hour. Assessment records are retained while needed to deliver the service, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Your Growth Engine map

What we collect: your map, the business details you enter, your name and email. Why: to reply to your map and arrange your debrief — that's the basis we rely on: you send it to get the reply (consent). Marketing is a separate choice above. Where: stored with our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase). How long: 12 months from our last contact, then deleted — or earlier on request via /rollo/contact. Your rights: ask us any time to access, correct or delete what you sent.

Future private product work

A future private TopStreet workspace will have reviewed privacy terms before it accepts agency, user, property or client information. The sample check shown on this site is synthetic and not a live provider result.
