What TopStreet is

TopStreet is developing a private, connected and trusted real-estate AI workspace. The public pages are a design and product-direction preview, not a live private workspace or a promise that a capability is available.

Held public preview

The public preview does not accept payment, booking, a client record, a listing, private document or a live AI request. It does not create an account or start a service relationship. These restrictions apply to the preview, not to retained TopStreet routes that continue to provide account, profile, visibility-check or assessment services.

Sample work and verification

The visible sample work is synthetic and illustrative. It is not customer proof, a property fact, legal advice, financial advice or a verified output. A future checked result must remain subject to permitted sources, stated limitations and a human decision.

Verification is not a guarantee

A check is evidence attached to a particular source and point in time. It is not a guarantee, endorsement or substitute for independent professional judgment.

Retained profiles and visibility checks

To claim and publish a presence, you must be a licensed real-estate broker. You confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. The retained visibility check shows what third-party AI assistants returned at the time it ran. AI outputs change constantly and are outside TopStreet's control; results are informational and do not guarantee any placement or outcome.

The AI workflow assessment

The assessment is a 45–60 minute online working session for an individual real-estate agent or agency. TopStreet reviews the daily work and tools shown and prepares a private 30-day action plan. The plan is practical guidance, not legal, financial, employment or real-estate advice. Estimates and outcomes are not guarantees; you remain responsible for reviewing any change before business use.

Assessment payment and booking

The price and currency shown at checkout are the total fee for the session and private plan. Stripe processes card payment; TopStreet does not store full card details. After Stripe confirms payment, you can add optional preparation and choose an available time through Google Calendar.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit personal, client or confidential information into the public preview.
• Do not scrape, overload or misuse the public site.
• Do not represent the sample work as a live TopStreet result.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or suspend features, and we aim to give notice of material changes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
